Our front entrance is handicap accessible. Handicap parking is available in the front driveway. You may also park at the curb in front of our salon. (Beware of our neighbor’s NO PARKING area in front of her house.) Additional parking is available in the lot located behind our salon. (access through the alley off McCullough). After parking in the lot, you can walk right up the flight of stairs to enter the salon.
As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. You will receive an email and/or text message reminder 48 hours prior to your scheduled service if we have your current information on file. If not confirmed by you, we will call and/or text 24 hours before your service to verify your appointment. We confirm in advance as a courtesy because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.
Stylists have a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a fee based on your service.
This policy is in place out of respect for our stylists and clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are difficult to fill. Also, last minute notice or no notice at all, prevents someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.
Non-cancellations or “NO-SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the original service booked to be paid to your stylist at your next scheduled visit. After a third missed appointment, bookings will require a nonrefundable pre-payment at the time of scheduling.
We know “life happens.” If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to scheduled appointment, please try to call us and let us know! (210) 734-3556 or contact your stylist directly.
We work hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating a late guest is often impossible without disrupting every other guest schedule that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. We may have to reschedule your appointment for another day.
We know you love your children and care about their safety – us, too! For safety reasons and insurance purposes, No Child under 12 years old may accompany a client without another adult present and attending to the comfort, needs, and safety of the child. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact our salon within 7 days of that service. Chemical services are guaranteed only with use of our product recommendations.
We will issue a full refund on hair products returned and unused within 7 days of purchase.
If you are not happy with the hair product we suggested, we would be happy to issue a product exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
We will refund any returned product that is not expired if returned due to buyer’s remorse, irritation or not satisfactory. As long as they are not expired and returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. If returned after 14 days but before 30 days an exchange for product only or credit towards product only will be issued.
We will replace any damaged product (pump failure, etc.) with proof of purchase if returned before 30 days and as long as item is not expired. If your damaged item is no longer available at time of return, you will be issued an exchange for product only or store credit towards product only.
NO refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash.
